It's simple, I need two digital artists for this. You don't have to be great, just as good as me (which is a low standard, haha).

How it works: A, B, C each make a sketch.
A gives her sketch to B who adds linework, then he gives that to C who colors it.
B gives his sketch to C to ink, and she gives it to A to color.
C gives her sketch to A to ink, and she gives that to B to color.

We are doing character swap, Blutfuss draws Sinaris, Sinaris draws one of my characters, I draw Blutfuss.

Process:
1. Choose which file type we're going to use- SAI or PSD. I only have SAI, which can open PSD as long as you just draw and don't use fancy layer effects or text, etc. If everyone is using SAI I would prefer to save as SAI, otherwise we'll use PSD... unless you're using OpenCanvas or something!?

2. What I want to do this time is for each person to make a file for their sketch, like BennuSketch2013.psd, and they pass that file on to the next person. When it is all done, I'll collect the final versions, which should be renamed like BennuSketchFinal (I like keeping archived copies in case of problems!) and copy-paste the various stages into a new file with the squares in the background.
Minimum size should be around 800px, bigger can be scaled down for final, but it must be square because the meme blank has squares. (obviously)

3. Roles: since each does one thing for each picture, I'll have to assign roles somehow, so I'll randomly pick who inks and who colors the sketches of the other two people, and take whatever is left for mine.

4. Communication! To set it up all I need is ten minutes to get everyone to decide what we're drawing, who will do what for who, and how we'll communicate when it's time to swap files. I'd prefer Skype as simplest but am flexible.
