Hello everyone!
This is for commissioners current and in the future.
Just a note today to say that I will NO LONGER Accept CREDIT CARD payments through paypal unless you are a frequent commissioner and you are trusted.
Also! I've decided to do a trial run in taking Money Orders! So I can now take payments from those who have bank accounts, but not a paypal!
Thanks for reading!

Charge back issues?

Woo money orders! Doesn't affect me but it must help someone out there who cant get a paypal. X3 Also have you ever looked into that... i think they are called green dot cards? people can buy them by putting money on them, then give you the code on the card and it gives you money straight to your paypal. :D

I got a payment that way a few days ago, it was pretty cool :3 it's instantly in your account and people can pick them up at their local Walgreen.

lol. they CAN get lost in the mail.. it's the one reason I don't ever want to accept them again.. But I know a few customers of mine who couldn't pay via paypal and offered me MO's once upon a time.

You can't decide if someone wants to use credit cards as a payment, unfortunately. Paypal won't tell you if it was a credit card or an bank transfer, since it would be marked as "Instant." Plus very few banks lets customers to open a dispute/chargeback up to 365 days, like my bank does (not like the very common 90 days cut-off time)

Really? Cus my PP told me this particular payment was paid by CC.. annnd it just so happened to be the one that was charged back..

Right, but you would have to call them to find out that if it was a credit card or a bank transfer. You can't even tell the difference by yourself by looking at the transaction history. It's irritating, I know.
