I usually don't post stuff for people's contests but... I did see this one amungst the journals on my watchlist thing (whatever the proper term for that is)

Read the journal, link is in it, artist is a professional artist (as in, does art for a living), and does lots of dragon stuff, some pretty impressive stuff... but yeah, a chance for a piece of free art, winning would be like winning the lottery, but hey :D
