I'd have to agree that the age should be lowered. If parents don't teach kids about alcohol at a younger age, they're more likely to just go WILD as soon as they're legal and get themselves killed or hurt. If you ease somebody into it, they're realize "oh okay that is what this does, I know how to be responsible about it.
