I get these sorts of questions whenever I do raffles and things, so I figured I should spell out plainly what people can and can't do with my drawings and characters. I'm generally pretty open with it, since I treat it as more of a hobby than a career or income source.

With my drawings, YOU MAY:
- Post them to image boards (e621, fchan, etc)
- Post them to user groups (for example, some of my art has recently been posted on ButtLovers and FA-Wincest-Furs)
- Mangle it in any way you choose (modify it, trace it, re-color it, crudely paste your face in over mine, whatever) so long as there is some attribution back to me if you redistribute it

With my drawings, YOU MAY NOT:
- Do any of the above modifications if a picture contains other peoples' personal characters; get their permission first!
- Try to make money distributing them (besides, I've tried; it won't work)

If I draw something for you, YOU MAY:
- Post a copy into your own galleries
- Crop out bits to use as avatars, tags, etc.

With my original characters, YOU MAY:
- Draw them anyhow you want, doing whatever or whomever you choose
- Have other artists draw them anyhow you want for you (yes, this includes commissioning people to do it)
- Write them into stories (but please be mindful of their personalities)
- Role-play as them (with the exception of NaniMoose -- no impersonating me, please!)
- A corollary, if you run into somebody who IS role-playing as Nani or one of my characters, chances are it's not actually me; for example, a NaniMoose avatar exists in Second Life despite the fact that I've never even installed the game.
- If you do end up using my characters in art or writing, please send me a copy!

Any of these rights may be revoked if you're being a jerk. Other than that it's like a god damned hippie love-in around here.
