Much intrigued I am. (insert Yoda laugh)

I had been following the off-season plans of the Canadian FBA teams a bit, since I was focused on the finals. But in a drastic move, the Winnipeg Voyageurs have released General Manager Axe Timberheart off his duties. This was due to behavioral issues from the green elk, both in real life and on Twitter.
Pierre Riel, owner of the Voyageurs, says the move is necessary for both parties involved.
"We've had to encounter a lot of issues with Axe. He's a good fur, and did a fine job with our team, but he hasn't been acting according to our code of conducts, especially around game days." he says at a press conference on Saturday afternoon. "His behaviour on Twitter made it a little bit clearer. He had been engaging in unprofessional conversations with FBA members outside our team. And after we were informed about Tazel Tawner's tragedy, he threw a tantrum and made false accusations towards our fellow division rival in the Finals. Thus it lead to his termination of employment."
I saw it coming. After I heard him punch a hole in a pressbox desk at Sturgis Stadium, I knew there was trouble with his temper, but I haven't seen it in person until then. Someone who is this unprofessional on a consistent basis will find it hard to work in the FBA again.
In a Skype call, I asked him who he is planning to hire as a GM for the Midwest division-winning team.
"Well, I'm not quite sure which direction we want to go, but I know one thing for sure: We would like someone who we know and can trust with our team. That's all I can tell you."
This quote left me with strong hints towards a promotion for head coach Neo Tomasi, but we'll see what happens.
