Next week begins Rocky Mountain Fur Con, one of my very favorite conventions to go to! And this year, I'll be hosting four panels, making me quite a busy bunny!

As always, RMFC was very generous in handing out time for my voice acting panels, so now I'm scheduled to give two of them 3 hours long each.

But this year I'm also hosting and co-hosting two brand new panels I'm quite excited about. On Saturday morning, I'll be joined by  quickxyk and  lundi to host "Breaking into Games", a panel about how we all got into the gaming industry and where we will hopefully help our attendees learn of tips on how to get into the video game business themselves.

Then on Sunday afternoon, I'll be hosting "Intro to Motion Capture", where I'll be sharing some of the many things I've learned over the last two years joining 2K Games' motion capture studio. It's a brand new panel for me, and something I'm hoping to develop more, where I'll be sharing my knowledge about the technology, then demonstrating how it works by bringing a portable motion capture setup. Turns out, with the right software and a few modifications, you can turn the Kinect on an Xbox One into a rather servicable mocap rig. :) I'm eager to share what I've learned, and will be asking volunteers to perform as well!
