I didn't know you did hats until I saw them on the main page. THen I was like omg, I know Taren! Haha, how amusing that you, who used to be one of hte loudest voices at Draconic, have ended up here, and ended up an awesome hatmaker. That's very cool. ^__^

As for how to get your name out there, I wouldn't know. I'd say that you need to attend as many cons as you can, sell them, get people to see them. That's how most artists I know get their name out there.

Or just get your friends to talk about you. Ask them to post at their various places/forums and mention your hats. Get folks to advertise for you. Run special deals and the like. :) Those are my best ideas.

Once I get some free time I want to do one of those "oh my god only X commissions available" deals, but it takes SO LONG to get specs/reqs for hats, it takes longer to set up a commission than to execute it.

I was going to shoot for FC 09 to be a dealer again, but they sold out... three months ago?! oh well.
