Is your mate tagging them as scraps? If I'm correct, the rule says that they must be tagged as 'scraps' which can be located at the top where it asks what type of picture it is.

No she was doing it in her main gallery. But I see so many people doing that. As well as have many YCH and auctions in their gallery when it also says only one at a time permitted on one account at a time. :/ I feel as if someone is watching her just to report her. Or someone really hates her. OR she is just very unlucky.
