Terms of Service Agreement:
by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Inquires for Art:
1. To request art, please e-mail me at ravindra.at.furaffinity@gmail.com so that I can keep things in order
2. Notes: Acceptable, however, I prefer email so that I can keep things better kept. If notes begin to become a problem, I will disable them.
3. I will sometimes post journals or submissions that are advertising for specific things, you are welcome to comment there to inquire about commissions pertaining to that post.
4. Auctions: the rules for these will always be posted on the auction submission. I do have these often. Some auctions I hold are: Delinari, YCH, and custom art



Ordering a Commission and what to expect:
1. Contact is made
2. We discuss pricing based off of my commission/hourly rates
3. Once pricing is agreed upon, I will do an approval sketch before _any_ money is sent to me.
4. All edits to composition and pose will need to be asked for during the sketch phase. There will be no extra charge for up to 5 edits.
5. If you require more than 5 edits to a piece while in sketch phase, there will be an extra $10 added for another hours worth of work.
6. Once the sketch has been completely approved, agreed payment terms are then sent.
7. Art under $75, full payment required once sketch is approved. Over $75 and buyer will have the option to pay in full, or half then and half when everything is completed.
8. I will then ink and do flat colors for the piece.
9. Flat colors will be sent to you for approval.
10. 5 Edits to flat colors allowed, more than 5 and $10/hourly rate will be charged for all edits.
11. After approval, I will then complete the picture. I will require an email to send the full version to.
11.a - I will also wait on approval of the final version before posting. 2 Edits will be allowed, after that an extra $10 will be added on for another hour.
12. All copies will have a small watermark/signature in the bottom or top corners. Please do not remove this. Violation of this rule can and will result in my adding you to my list of commissioners I will not work for.
13. As the commissioner, you are allowed to post this art in any means you see fit.
14. I will need to know whether you do not want this art posted to other sites so that I can include that in the description of the submission when I post it to my gallery.
15. For ease of the buyer, I will provide a form in this document as well as my commission prices for you to email me if you're interested.
16. My turn around time is generally 1 week. I will tell you exactly when I plan to have it to you. If that time changes, I will notify you as soon as possible.

Refunding Policy:
1. No money is required until AFTER sketch is approved. I ask that you wait until that is done in the event you don't like what I have to offer. This ensures that no one loses money on paypal fees.
1.a - this policy is mainly for new customs. I do have seasoned customers who are familiar with me and how I work, and I am happy to continue our business as we've been conducting it.
2. Once we get to the Flat color stage and you absolutely HATE what i'm doing, I will refund you half of the payment.
3. Completed pieces will get no refunds. All edits and discrepancies should have been worked out by the sketching/flat approval.

Subject to Change:
Because i'm a fair person, I will work with customers. If I give you a price and it's a hair over what you can afford, we can work on something. Please keep this in mind when you go over my prices and commission information. Though I will work with some, I will strongly stand by my prices and quality of work.

What I won't do:
1. I am not obligated to do any kind of work for anyone I don't want to do work for. This is rare, but please respect my decision if I tell you I cannot or will not work on something.
2. Art I will not draw: Scat, Watersports, Cub art.
3. If you're unsure if I would be willing to draw something, then please feel free to ask. Most things I do not mind, however, by asking me you will gain a large amount of respect from me as it shows you're considerate of me as the artist.

Are you ok with this image being posted to other sites by other users? (this is due to some people reposting images to sites like e621 or r34. You automatically have the right to repost as YOU see fit, but I need to know what to put in the images description when I post it to my account.)
