Hey, we've had a really crazy week and it's kind of culminated into a cluster fuck right around yesterday. We're pushing through best we can but it might make us a bit slow for a week or two. We're giving priority to getting commissions done and posted for you over checking our notes and messages right now, so we might be a bit hard to get a hold of for a little bit and there may be a small delay in commission ETAs (about a week or so). We realize that this is probably not a big deal but we wanted to keep you in the loop so there are no surprises. It may get itself worked out before we expect it to, so we might be worried about nothing.

On a vaguely related note, our first "we might be a bit late" journal since we joined up here 5 years ago (including our old account). Kind of feels like some sort of weird FA commissioner right of passage x_x
