How do I know if she has to go to the bathroom or not? My mom says she runs to the door if she needs to, but she ran there and then ran back and has seemed fine.
She's been chewing on a bunch of things including the carpet, her toys, my pants, my shirt, my fingers, my mom's toes, and electrical wires. How do I fix it, or get her to stop?
Also, her nose has been dry. As of now it's cool too.

If you want to train her to ring a bell or something when she has to go out, now is the time. A lot of people use large jingly bells that hang from the doorknob. Every time you take her out, ring the bell. She'll eventually get it and start doing it herself.
When she chews on something you don't want her to be chewing on, give a loud, firm, 'NO.' She is GOING to chew no matter what you do, so immediately give her something that is okay to chew on. You can even reinforce that behavior by hiding treats under the toy, so she develops a condition of happy feels associated with it (I recommend Kong toys. Keeps 'em from getting restless, too). Give her lots of pets and happy talk when she's chewing on the okay-to-chew thing. It is really, really important that you make her understand what is NOT okay to chew on. Teaching a puppy is easy, but breaking a habit in a dog can be a challenge.
I wouldn't worry about her nose. Contrary to what a lot of people think, the status of a dog's nose often has nothing to do with their health
It's important that these kinds of things be CONSISTENT, so make sure you're communicating with other people that take care of her about how you do things.
