Ask Anything

"Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them."
-William Shakespeare
So I've seen my fair share of these and I thought, why not? I'll make an "Ask My Characters/Me Anything" journal. I may end up regretting this later, but hey, nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?
So, is there anything you'd like to know about me?
Anything you've wondered about my characters?
Anything you'd like to ask them directly and hear an answer in their own words?
Feel free to ask anything, and though I promise to reply to everyone, how I answer is up to my discrepancy. You can ask a personal question, but I may not answer the question in my reply, depending on the nature of the question, naturally.
Also, if you need a refresher as to who my characters are, just ask, and I'll point you to them. I haven't gone into detail on a lot of them I suppose, but hey, if you're curious to know more about them, ask away.

Do you ever, have you ever... fallen in love with one of your own characters?
I can't say they really "present" themselves, and it's never as though my thoughts, say, take on their voices for anything. It's more like when I want to develop them, it's more like I'm remembering things about them instead of coming up with idea, like the knowledge was always there and I'd simply forgotten and had to be reminded.
As for falling in love...no, I can't say I have, at least not in the true sense of the word. I've grown attached to some of my characters to the point that I don't think they'll ever leave my subconscious, but I've never formed that strong an emotional bond with any fictitious character...as much as it kinda stings to refer to them so rather, well, callously.
Interesting question. Of those who are really fleshed out enough to really have a life of their own, I would have to pick Damian, the first to really come to life for me. Given we'd only have a day (which can go by fast), we'd likely just spend the day chilling and having fun, maybe a game of Pathfinder and quite likely a few rounds of video gaming. Beyond that, likely a lot of chatting. Heck, I'd likely lose sleep that day trying to make the most of those 24 hours. As for his impression, hard to say. He's seen better, and he's seen worse, but for the most part it'd be largely familiar to him, though not the same. I would think it'd be at least reasonably positive though, all things considered, though really, a day's not really enough time to get an impression of the world, and I definitely wouldn't be turning on the TV while he was here.
