I'd experiment a bit. I know a few people wanted to 'get it on' with my character.. if you've had people watching you for your character, you can offer her up in a few YCHs. Also, people might be wary on bidding on a slot if they're unsure who'd the other slot would be. Either way, I'd experiment between the two. :P

Do all YCH auctions have to be adult themed? Seems 99% of the ones I've seen advertised lately have been advertised as such. Just an observation...

Naw, I've seen and bought a few YCH/pre-poses that weren't adult. Just, you know, furries like their adult artwork and people can often times get more money from adult commissions than from g-rated ones.

No they don't have to be, but I'm choosing to do so because I feel it'd be a fun challenge since I don't always draw adult work and would like to practice with it more.

YCH would work well for Hayden auctions, since you have the flexibility to decide how she will be used, and this type of auction would probably be the most popular and easiest to sell. The drawback is that people generally expect to pay only for their own character(s), so including Hayden in an auction will probably just end up being extra work. Remember, it's an auction, so you might get stuck drawing for a price that's not to your liking.

For multiple character YCH, I've found that many people have no problem mixing their characters with other totally random or unknown characters, so this option could have the best financial return. However, getting more than one buyer for each auction can be difficult at times, and you don't want the auction to fall flat due to not selling all the slots.

I say start out with a YCH auction with only one character, and follow that up with a Hayden YCH. If See how that works out for you and go from there. Maybe you can get away with a multiple slot YCH after that, maybe not. It depends how many people are interested and how many bids you get.

Whatever option you offer, make sure to set a flexible end time for the auction. First, take time zones into consideration, and second, add a grace period for last-minute bidders, to discourage sniping. If someone bids within the last hour of the auction ending, extend the closing time by an hour.

I think knowing who you're going to be with in a YCH is better, at least in my opinion. I don't really bid on them but if I did I would not want to end up with some freaky rainbow barf herm character or something XD

Personally, I'd say blank but give the option of having someone buy the slot and use that character. Not everyone likes using other people's characters in adult pictures. I love YCHs but I never bid if it has someone else's character in it. Typically, I don't like to even bid if I can't bid on all slots at one time in the case of adult pictures. Though there are a lot of people who don't seem to mind it. Keeping it blanks would allow more flexibility with it.

In other words, you'll probably do fine no matter which way you go.
