Yesterday felt like a punch in the face. I was basically told by both my universities billing office and collecting agency that if I don't pay the entire bill I had from last semester 100% full, I won't be going back to WKU. They would not negotiate, they would not accept a small payments plan, they'd accept nothing.

Basically right now I'm lost. We have enough money to pay the original bill, but this $1700 collectors charge is killing us; we don't have that extra money. The registration deadline for WKU is September 3rd.

I was almost on the verge of tears yesterday. I need help, but there isn't any in front of me right now.
