Commissions Terms of Service
Everything you're about to read will clear up most questions that may be asked, so it is important that you read this before contacting me for a quote.
By contacting me for a quote or commission you are agreeing to these terms.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make an order with me. If you are 16 or 17 you can order from me with the permission from your legal guardian.
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on fursuit heads and partial suits, everything else must be paid in full (i.e. feet paws, tails etc)
- Do not send money for commissions until I have agreed to the take on the commission and asked you to send it.
- Full character reference sheets are required for heads and partials (they must have at least TWO views, i.e. front and back). Everything else does not require reference images, but they can be helpful and you'll most likely get a reply quicker.
- I will reply to all emails/notes/enquiries to the quickest of my ability. I check emails and notes regularly every hour or two.
- I own pets; cat, dog and gerbils. If you have any allergies please let me know as soon as possible.
- I only accept PayPal as a form of payment
- I'm based in the UK, and all of my prices are in GBP £££. In most cases I will not convert them for you, use Google.
- I don't fursuit make full-time and I sew everything by hand, so please be patient!
Shipping
- Do you ship overseas? Yes. All items are insured, but in most cases I'm not able to provide tracking. If you want tracking on your item it will cost considerably more, please ask for it if you want it.
- What if it doesn't arrive? I'm not held responsible for what happens to an item in the mail, I apologise deeply if it does happen which it can. If an item is damaged or undelivered you will be refunded as they are insured.
- How much does it cost? Postage within the UK for a head or partial suit is £11 for next day first class delivery. Everything else depends on the weight. Shipping to the US for a head or partial is £40.
Artistic Freedom
- This means you give me full or partial decision on what your suit will look like. This can be species, colours, patterns etc. You will get a discount if you choose to give me artistic freedom. The discount depends on how much freedom you want to give me with the suit.
What if I want to change my character?
- If I have begun work on your suit you will not be allowed to change the design. So be sure you're happy with it.
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel a commission you will receive a full refund minus the 30% deposit you gave in the beginning. So if your suit cost £300 and you had paid £200, you would get a refund of £110.
- I may or may not complete the suit after it has been cancelled. If I choose to complete it the design will be altered so as not to match your original design.
Repairs
- I will happily repair your suit if it breaks after receiving it for the price of postage to me. If the fursuit is faulty when it gets to you (all care is taken to ensure this doesn't happen) then I will pay for postage to have it sent to me and repaired.
- If you tamper with the suit in any way or make your own major alterations, then I am not responsible for you breaking it and will not repair it at my own cost. It is up to you to pay to have it fixed.
