Some People Just Have No Respect.

Anyhow, rant time. Look away now.
So, the woman that's been renting from my aunt moved out, leaving my folks with the apartment.
What do we(Including my aunt) find when we enter the house?
Clutter, a cat litter box that was PURPOSEFULLY DUMPED INSIDE THE HOUSE, all cables in the house were cut, the fridge was unplugged so the food was rotten, there was dog shit EVERYWHERE, cat food EVERYWHERE, the tub had what looked like moldy vomit in it, AND THAT'S ONLY HALF OF THE SHIT WE FOUND.
Who does that??? Just...REALLY!!
My aunt let her AND HER DANGEROUS DOG THAT NEARLY KILLED HER rent the apartment when NO ONE else would.
We thought it was just because of the dog! Well, now we know better.
Ok, I'm done ranting now. And yes, my folks are taking legal action.

So far things are looking a bit better; the legal action will be easy to go about because we have photographs of most of the things...
And the apartment itself, while it's taking quite a bit of work, is slowly being reverted back to what it looked like before she rented it...
Her dog ruined the carpets, walls, and a door though =_= So that's a few hundred bucks... That we don't currently have. Because she didn't pay her last months rent. *ranted more, sorry*
