As for feeling old try and not think about the past, it just reinforces the feeling. Better days are better forgotten.

it's sometimes difficult. I mean, the part of my life I have so far lived will never return and it's hard not to think about what could have been better if I had done this or that. But in the end, the only thing that counts is the present, indeed

Yah, I understand that feeling well. I miss the days when I lived up in Bellevue, WA (suburb of Seattle) had a lot of friends and a lot of really good times and good food. Since I moved I've been having trouble adjusting to not having a lot of the luxuries I'd become accustomed to up there. I've lost the last couple years of my life to depression and living in and mourning the past. The only way things get better though is to accept the present and do what you can with it. There's really no answers to be found mulling over better days. I do know that pain though.

um 8Uhr morgens musste meine mutter wegen verdacht auch herzinfarkt und ich hab sie begleitet... hat sich aber als deutlich undramatischer herraus gestellt und sie wurde beschwerdefrei noch am gleichen tag entlassen. allerdings war es da schon 19.30 und ich hatte nichtmal was gegessen und an feiern war auch nicht mehr zu denken n.n'

oha oO keine schöne Art den Geburtstag zu verbringen, aber wenigstens geht's ihr jetzt wieder besser
