WTF American Dad and Furries XD LOL

So, American Dad is on the tube and I glance over and Stan and his boss are trying to pick up chicks... at a furry convention. LOL There is this sign in the back saying "Welcome Furries." Stan was in a rabbit fursuit and his boss was in a bear fursuit. Well, this squirrel comes up to Stan's boss and wiggles his ass and Stan motions "no," and the squirrel is all :(. Well, this car fursuit (lol yeah) "runs" over the squirrel and is doing back and forth motions over the squirrel saying "vroom vroom." XD Then the squirrel is like, "I'm a squirrel and I'm happy."
LOL WTF!!! XD I know the furry community is going to be bitching about that because it makes us look bad, but hey, a lot of furries made their bed and now they have to lay in it. If you can't laugh at yourself, then ... then you're a douche, I guess. I dunno. Sadly, some furs are such idiots and are way TOO furry in public and too sexual in public at convention in public, so what else is the public supposed to think? It does suck for the decent furs though, but oh well. :)
Either way, I thought it was fucking hysterical. X3
Oh, I found a bunch of old art from this past year and last year that I never got finished. Would y'all want me to post WIPs in a journal via photobucket? I don't wanna upload them to my gallery, so I'll post links in a journal cause there are quite a few old pieces.

1. There are stupid furs. Those stupid furs are the LOUD furs that draw attention to themselves easily. Those furs end up representing the entire community. Those are the ones who also typically are doing sexual things in public in fursuit. So, no wonder the public has such a bad view of furries.
2. This one is the most important. Ratings. If the media wrote about what furry actually is like, they'd realize it's actually boring in so many ways and it wouldn't make a good story. So, if they find something outrageous and crazy to talk about, they'll write a story about that, instead. I'm sure the media knows what furry is all about, but they will not only take some facts, even if those facts do not represent all furries or what furry is even about, but they will also stretch that fact into something that is blatant bullshit. But hey, they just got a shitload of ratings so what do they care?
Still, yeah. I'd like furry to be seen as it really is, but until both #1 and #2 are taken care of, I'll just laugh along with it.
Furries can't acknowledge that their cons are just a small gay pride fest/festish convention.

The news media seems to be only an entertainment industry today (Especially Fox News...). Although the BBC network seems to be the opposite of that, which is astonishing in my opinion. (BBC rocks lol)
It literally makes me sick to see on tv what the news media has turned into in America over the past few years. It used to be informative and not so wrapped up into making the biggest story to make the biggest buck ya know? There are only a few networks that actually GET what the news is supposed to be for and actually delivers it.
Although the satire news stations are good too (mostly for laughs with this election).
I'm not really sure what my point was in my response, but it's just funny all around. Hmm... maybe this was it: "Stupidity in the news is funny?"

Furry is a pretty big thing right now and a LOT of people know what furry is by now. They also have a negative stigma against furry, so it's a perfect target to spoof off of in a cartoon like this.

None of those that might pick on furs are perfect there either. They might be picky, overly dramatising stuff, trying to be forcefully making fun of us... What's the point? We should feel well as we are and in that regard, enjoy the cons, don't bother too much about being seen and neither bother about making a point in a random discussion like I am here X3;;;

I had no idea he wrote that. Though I do remember the Cartoon Cartoon he made. It's funny, because when I first saw the cartoon, when I was younger and it first aired, it didn't seem that funny. But now that I'm older, it's friggen hilarious! I suppose that could be a reason why it never really went any further, but then again only a couple of cartoon cartoons ever did.
I realized it was his from the voices. I'm not sure when/how though.

Thankfully, many can just shrug/laugh such a thing off and not be affected by it.
