Sounds like a really generous raffle!

heh.. it is, kinda. but i'd like to have a lot of people to interact with on here and being generous is a good way to achieve that, i guess

My only concern is about the watchers that will "unwatch" you after the raffle. :( I suppose you could have the entries create a new journal advertising you and not the raffle. I would really like to see this happen though. :) its a great idea!

ah... i hadn't thought of that problem. i've done the journal thing before, and it's worked well. do you think i should still go by increments of how many watchers i get? or something else?

I would suggest doing something like a tier. For X watchers, it'll be a sketched pin-up; for XX watchers it will be a flat colored pin-up, XXX will be a full pin-up. If the entries have to work a little harder for a raffle, they're a little more guaranteed to stay. :)
