My computer's hard drive was dying so I had to have it replaced. The cost of tech of tech support, a new hard drive, and a new wireless adapter came out to almost $500. One of the tech support guys told me that the life of a hard drive is inconsistent. That is to say it can be very long or very short. I just hope something like this does not happen again any time soon.
