I'm going on spike tomorrow. I'm anxious as hell about it. My stomach is upset and I'm super jittery. I'm pretty sure I have everything I pretty much need--I bought a decent backpack yesterday, for example--but it's totally different from what I've been doing lately. I'm worried about being physically and mentally able to cope with the work. I'm worried about my feet as well, hopefully the pain doesn't get too intense.

I'll be away for eight days, and then I get a four-day weekend. I'm hopefully going to get my PC and stuff up here by then. I'll probably get my Warhammer 40K army up here too (Tau) and then pay off the guy I owe with my next paycheck.

I did an assessment of my expenditures over the course of these 2+ months and found out that I've been spending almost 40% of my paycheck on stupid crap: booze, food, cigarettes, soda. I'm going to be a lot more responsible with my money from now on, but it's looking like I won't be able to make it to Further confusion next year as I had hoped.

Eh... enough writing for now. Will hopefully be posting again soon with my own PC. *grosses fingers*
