Would anyone want to watch me bake bread on webcam?

I don't think there would be many people that would want to watch but I felt like asking anyway! ^v^

If you ever made cookies, they would keep. I'd throw some money at ya for ingredients and whatnot sometime.

OP
haha ^v^; I could. I'm not all the best at cookies though. I make them decently but you'd just be mildly amused. ovo

That could be interesting actually... what kind of bread are you planing to make? :D

Thedd

It would be incredibly fun if you added sunflower/sesame/etc seeds... and maybe topped with a few as well. You just KNOW that it isn't proper bird food without seeds! hehe

Thedd
~thedd
Not THIS crazy amount of seeds or anything... but I LOVE how they made it into a musical. Maybe you could film yourself making bread and put it on youtube! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fbER1Me7lgs

OP
hehe. I've thought about it a little bit. ^v^ Well, today I made oat, honey, and cinnamon wheat bread. Should turn out okay. A recipe that doesn't require more than 1 packet of yeast and milk and eggs is a good recipe to me. Bread shouldn't need all that bullshit to it. ovo

Actually, if you want to try something really good that is unusual, you can either buy almond flour or get a bunch of almonds and put them in a food processor for a bit (not too long or it makes almond butter) and use that in place of regular flour. With cinnamon and honey I would think that would come out amazing. I know it is popular in Germany to use almond flour in cookies and desert breads, and I do it frequently around Christmas time.

OP
I've made cakes and such out of almond paste before. ovo It almost tastes like cherries and makes really good pound cakes and desserts. <3 I believe they also use ground almonds in Indian cooking.. but I can't remember a whole bunch. >v> I'm a big fan of walnuts myself though! Cashews too, oh my gawd.

Thedd
~thedd
Not so much a fan of walnuts here... cashews DEFINITELY. My favorite nut has to be Hazelnut though. I made hazelnut macaroons one Christmas with hazelnut flour and a hazelnut on top, they were to die for! But you do sound like you know what you are doing in the kitchen, hehe.
