From Charity Navigator http://www.charitynavigator.org/ind.....2#.VIicWDHF_wk - we can see that in the fiscal year of 2013, WikiMedia Foundation brought in 45 million and only spent 35 million, giving them an excess of 10 million. These people are not desperate for money.
