This weekend I will be absent on FA. I am traveling to Nellysford, VA to run in the 10+ mile super spartan race. It is the 2nd of the 3 spartans races. When i completely this race I will have one more to run to earn my Spartan Trifecta tribe medal! Wish me luck guys! :D
