Nicotine
I realized that I will never be able to completely quit nicotine using any of the methods I've tried so far. Trying something else this time. I finally switched to an e-cig. Takes some getting used to, but my GOD am I feeling so much better these days!
an bet youle have way lots more energy too an your doggy sense of smell will improve too Ive heard that it does after you quit
I've quit twice (with years in between, etc) so I feel your pain! I REFUSE to pick it back up this time, it's just too hard to quit.
I've been over on the e-cig for nearly a year now, it's now it running me about fifteen bucks a month, which is a Hell of a lot better than what I was having to pay for stuff before.
Sorry, I know I don't comment on like anything these days or even come to the meets, but I like to think I'm knowledgeable enough about e-cigs and like hearing people switch over to them because hey, it doesn't leave a smell on yourself or others, and that means less cigarette butts on the road and just... Existing.
Anywho, best of luck dude!
I'm definitely seeing benefits... quit zits and lung clearing as a start.
