Irritating Invitation to Skype Whenever I Upload

So...does anyone else get an irritating note whenever you upload an artwork asking you to skype with them?
I find this happens every time. And I hope it is useless and doesn't do any harm, but it sure is irritating.
It seems to pop up literally the second I finish uploading.
Is there anything I can do about this? Report to admin? Or has this issue already been brought up?

I have, this is the second time in the last week when i uploaded something there asking im board, my skype is so and so

Well, people WERE talking about somebody going around, trying to randomly add artists to skype to 'talk about art' or 'get tips' or something. Turns out it was a scam. So I would block the user.

I did once and I just ignored it im sure just a crazy troll account
