Going to a stipclub(gentleman's club) as a gay guy with acquaintances who don't know you're gay and try to dismiss the dancers trying to sit on you lap and grabbing yourt crotch trying to get you to give them money forr lapdances and blowjbos. getting drunk herlps but not really of fuck it can be so awkward forgive me for my boozey ramblings I just need to vent somewherte.

i just tell them i haven o money and that works sometimkes it helps that the rest of my group werent going for them either but still having thewm on my lap as we all drink shots trying to flirt with me is awkward. although the girlds flirting with me more than the people im with despite telling them i have no money was funny cause it was annoying my group.

Man everybody's position is different but the best thing I did for myself was not hide the fact that I was gay. I don't wear it on my sleeve, but when people ask me if I'm married I tell them its currently illegal in TN, and I refer to "my partner", etc. It's not wrong, so we should not feel like we have to act like it is.

Ah, awkward situations with people lol! I've never really gotten why guys who are co workers or just casual acquaintances, feel the need to go to places like that lol. I mean, I'd feel awkward and embarrassed, even if I DID like the attention of the 'workers' there, so I don't understand the appeal of going with a group of people lol! It's like, what are you gonna DO there? It's not like you're gonna talk to each other, what's there to say? "Oh man, I am like, SO HARD from all these lap dancing women! I wish it was legal to actually have sex for money here lol!" Sucks that you had to go, but at least you can vent here lol!
