I little bit of an update on my furesona.

Feral form:
Her body is a Western style Dragon but with feathered wings. Silver (I do not mean the shiney type of silver but rather a matte silver) scales except around the eyes, the scales around her eyes are black (kind of like how the Egyptians would put black around their eyes). Her wings are feathered, not bat-like, with red and gold feathers, she has feathers in a wide stripe from the top of her head down to her tail which has a small fan of feathers at the tip. She has two goldish straight horns that point backwards on her head. Her scales have a slight ridge down the middle of them. She's slim with some muscles but not overly. Her claws/talon/whatever you wish to call them are goldish like her horns. When standing on all four legs and her head up she is roughly a foot taller then a human. So she's around 7 to 8 feet tall. Her wings are large and built for speed and agility. Her front feet are hand-like. Her back legs are digitigrade of course so her back feet are what you'd expect. Her snout/muzzle/whatever you wish to call it is somewhat long and slightly narrow, she has no frills nor ears the closest thing to ears she has is small patch of very fine and short feathers below her horns covering her reptile ear.
Elvish Bipedal form:
Her skin is silver-white if you looked close you would be able to make out tiny scales, her hair is red with gold highlights again if you looked closely you'd be able to see that her hair is long fine feathers rather then real hair, she's around 5 foot 7, lean but curvy where a female should be, she has slightly long elvish ears that point up and back at an angle. She slightly muscled. She tends to wear a red female ranger outfit.
