That blog is a refreshing change of pace from some blogs about Atheism telling anyone who believes in God or gods is wrong and stupid. If you need the Catholic side of things, I might be able to help. I've studied more than just the Bible in my 8 years of Jesuit education. Actually that would be good, I've been looking to have a christian side since I have not been a practicing catholic in 14 years. I'm writing the way I am because I don't think you have to bash Christians to be an atheist. I think we both have our opinions on certain subjects. If I harass a Christian I will always just bring up a single person that has affected my views personally with their words or actions. Like I love my parents, but do I think they are a bit wishy washy when I ask them tough questions about their beliefs? yes. Cause they were born and raised Catholics and question little to nothing about their faith.

I can appreciate something like that. Personally I don't think of myself as religious. I believe in God and such things, but I don't consider myself an active participant in any one sect. I haven't been to church in a while, especially since I have issues with organized religion. Still, I am open minded. :)

I'm opened minded but I have not been shown proof that there is a god or gods but that's why I like the blog and like to hear intelligent debate about it.

Yeah, for most things I'm usually wanting proof as well, but in the case of religion I believe in God, not sure if I could explain why.
