To People Who Won my Raffle + Free Art (sorry)

I recently had a lot of issues with personal things, and I feel like I need to start new with art.
I won't be finishing the prizes of the raffle I held here:

This has been on my mind for awhile, and I feel bad that I've taken so long.
I feel like if I tried to do the art, it would keep me back even more.
I'm really sorry ;u;
On that note, if I mentioned requests to anyone before 8 months ago, I will not be doing it.
Again, I feel like it would hold me back x_x I'm terribly sorry.

but you will still open your commission or when you want it?
Depending, it might be a bit before I open them fully.
I want to fully get back into being able to draw first
But I've totally been having the urge to do them lately!
