I wanna start making animated pictures, but I don't know what software to use that is FREE and will NOT damage or cause problems on my laptop. If ANYONE knows any software I can download safely which will allow me to animate my drawings, do let me know!

Sorry, messed up the link in the first one. I've seen people make animations with GIMP before. I'm not really sure how though. I'm pretty sure there are tutorials floating around. Probably not the best program, but it's the only free one that comes to mind at the moment.

Theres actually sites such as GIFninja that allow you to make GIFs for free, and you dont have to download any software; its all done on the website :3 its super basic and you have to have each frame ready and upload each frame one by one; but it still works! X3
