You might want to look into Project Wonderful as a place to advertise. I can't say one way or another, but there might be some other "here is how you promote a webcomic" around. It's run by Ryan North of Dinosaur Comics (and so many other things) fame.

Alina Pete (Weregeek) has done a few panels on running webcomics, and maybe one or two of those are online. Searching for her +webcomics on YouTube pulls up a number of hits, but I haven't looked into it too thoroughly.

And then there's always word-of-mouth. Your comic is awesome, extoll the fans to spread the word!

I might look into Project Wonderful. I just don't know how much it costs, which is a huge bugbear for me. I might also try and google search those "how to promote your webcomic" sites that you have mentioned.

The advice to "google 'how to promote your webcomic'" is kind of asinine now that I look back on it. Sorry about that.

Project Wonderful is pay-what-you-want, since it works on an auction format, which you can read about here: https://www.projectwonderful.com/ab.....iteauction.php I can't offer any personal experience on how well it works, but I've seen a number of webcomics use it, and I trust the dude running it, too.

make a contest where someone could win a cameo in the comic (like in the back ground of a panel or something) thro a raffle and the only way for the person to be entered into the draw is to post a journal specifying your comic and how to be entered in the draw in a journal on there FA page . hell it may not be the most glamorous way to get publicity but you'd be surprised how well it speeds due to people wanting a slim chance of getting a cameo/free art in your style

Yeah. I've been thinking of posting entire pages up when a chapter or so is over. So I'll update it on my website twice a week and then do batch uploads after a little while.
