Welp. I'm really damn excited.

I've been going to see a gender therapist and the consensus has been that I am going to go on testosterone therapy (I guess for those not in the know, I've spent the past few years slowly coming out as FTM). I'll have to go through a couple of other tests, but in the best case scenario I could start T near the end of this month.
Right now I pretty much feel like this puppy right now.- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JLWpJojeT0
Here's hoping to everything goes well, I guess.

I just got my first shot yesterday and I'm already starting to feel more comfortable with myself (although whether or not that is actually the testosterone, a placebo effect, happiness surrounding the circumstances or a combination of all that is up for debate).
I've also heard about possible increases in aggression, although my therapist and the endocrinologist have said that considering my personality and the awareness of the possibility of aggression, they don't expect I should have THAT much of an issue with aggression.
I have heard of possible issues with things such as increased cholesterol and increased blood pressure, so I know I will have to keep on top of that. I've also been told to take a baby aspirin a day, just as a preventative measure against blood clots.
Thank you very much.
