A bird with a broken beak that had a scab fall off so there's a tiny spot of blood was gore and against the AUP.
Good job.

for anyone who wants to see this amazing piece of a bird who is healing from having her beak broken and will return to the wild please go here: http://mazz.livejournal.com/1527168.html
CAUTION THE BEAK IS BROKEN AND A SCAB FELL OFF A FEW DAYS EARLY SO THEIR IS A SPOT OF BLOOD!!!!!!!!!!
Which is apparently offensive when the whole point is a reference of the inside of a bird of prey's mouth and a "yay she will go back to the wild joy post"
-_-
Yes I'm angry.
Good job.

FA+

i linked the pic which hopefully I won't get banned for because it's not gore or death... it's HEALING of an animal who WILL GO BACK TO THE WILD...
That's a good thing right?
Why delete it?

At least I know where I won't be posting my photo references of humanely euthanized birds (because they will die anyway so we make it quicker) for artists to reference off of.
Definitely not on an art site.
But anyway I am so glad that she will heal and she has specialists to take care of her and not some dumarse who thinks lolz how kewl i kud have pet durrr
And yeah I dunno why they would delete it... I certainly learned something from it; and it's amazing that her beak will grow back! You have a really amazing job working there.
I mean blood doesn't bug me, it might be different for IRL blood than just colors but still. Maybe they could have suggested a thumbnail for it or something. Still super dumb they deleted it regardless.
Id have tagged it if they asked.
