hugs hun. Its important to stand up for yourself. but more importantly who is treating you bad. someone you care about or just an employer.

Little from column A little from column B

The column B can be solved by trying to understand what their beef is. If its just a dislike of you, then that's time to speak to a manager or owner. If its perceived job performance review their comments to determine validity or if they just bitching. If its they are just bitching, you don't have to tolerate that and take it higher up.

In column A. Never tolerate a "loved" one treating you bad. Put your paw pad down on it quickly. Determine if it is valid or not. As an example, you get a drink, then leave the cup just anywhere...that might be valid.....other wise don't allow anyone in your life to harm you, they are not worth that price.

I wish column B could be that simple. It's the overall work atmosphere, and company-wide changes that arent necessarily in the employee's favor that's getting to me in that spot.

And I'm working on column A, its just complicated >3> it's all about rediscovering my own self value and not letting people that don't deserve it, get under my skin.
