Well, it's November alright.
I'm still nervous, but I would say the first day of this year's NaNoWriMo went rather well. I'm ahead in the polls as it were with 4,406 words (remember, the goal is 1,667 per day on average).
It will be hell to revise, of course, but I'm trying not to think about that just yet. :-D

As it happens, yes... that is in a way the whole point about NaNo.
We are all trying to shut up all the editors around us, starting with the one in our heads and not stopping with Word's obnoxious grammar check.
But fear not. I will be posting the results of my toils in due time.
