Do you want free art of your character? Well then, read on...
I'm getting a commission drawn to print and put up in my weight room. It'll star my sheltie dog, Jeffrey, but I'll also need two large dogs who look like they lift weights a lot. I have a friend who wants to be one of them, but I'm looking for a character who looks right for the last slot. And I could just make one up, but I thought it would be more fun to post this and see who might be interested. :)

The cute little femme thing on the left is Jeffrey. The big dog at the far right is Ora. And if I pick you, your character would be the guy standing in the middle, there.
This is not a YCH auction, 'cuz I'm paying for it.
And it's not a contest. I'm just going to read through the people who respond and pick the one who I think will look the best in it.
The picture will be PG rated, but I guess there's a bit of an implied gay theme.

You need to have some kind of visual reference I can give to the artist. A sketch is fine, so long as your colors and markings and whatever else he needs to know to draw you correctly is shown on it.

* If I don't pick you for THIS commission, would you be interested in future roles?
Also, if you're applying, please post a journal to help me advertise, 'cuz otherwise nobody will see this.
If I pick your character, I will send you a copy if the high rez version, so you can make your own print of it too, if you like.
I'll probably let this run for about a week or two, before I make a selection. I guess it depends on how long it takes to get some applicants.

So that's not the thing that THIS project needs, but maybe I should plan a nice toy dog project in the near future... I'm not sure what exactly yet, but I like the concept...

He's not QUITE the right look for the big intimidating gym dog that I need for THIS project, but I think he might be good for the next one... it'll probably be a couple of weeks, but I'll send you a message about it when it forms up a little more...
I have Jerk workin on it, and I should actually see something fairly soon. Prolly when he gets back from this comic convention he's at right now. So, soon, I think. I DID put you in it and I'll definitely let ya know, as soon as it happens.
