Is there a way to log on to multiple skype accounts?

I typically use pidgin to login to multiple aim/yahoo/gtalk screen names, and I like to keep my IRL contacts separate from my furry/porn contacts. I noticed a lot of people are switching to Skype, so I'd like to use that as well.

And help would be wonderful.
