Bangs and bruises aside I'm glad you're okay.

My best friend and her boyfriend got rear-ended by another overzealous driver at a stop sign/light. She had to have surgery on her neck and is still having back problems as a result. This happened almost two years ago and her lawyer is still building a case for a lawsuit (it's probably going to be a big one). I always try to keep a good distance from people in front of me for this reason and if anyone ever rear ends me, I don't care if I go into debt for life, I will ruin them.

Actually not necessarily for rear-ending but if it's ever a considerable auto accident, then yes.
