Yep, that time of the year again.. On Tuesday I'm off for one of my semi-annual check ups at Mount Vernon hospital.. I know I'll probably be fine, and the tests won't find anything, but there's always a lil thought at the back of my mind, about "what if.."

For what it's worth,I had the same feelings of apprehension this year when I went in to get check for my 40 year maintenance. Fortunately nothing is too wrong, other than me needing to drop lbs
