I don't like it, I HATE it!

It's so rare, people who have known me for a long time will agree, that I have never been depressed..
but I am.. been down, upset all day..feeling like shit, wanting to just stay in my room and sleep and cry all day!

to the people are sometimes "Always" depressed...how the hell do you do it..
