Running four miles is not so bad after a night of drinking....but running four miles in the hills of San Francisco after drinking is like murder....though the squirrels seemed to not be bothered by the uncomfortable wreching two feet away from them.

*Took a 4-5 mile run this morning, just got out of the shower, and is feeling all good and cuddly and stuff.*
