Just for the sake of having something new on my journal, I swiped this from
Sublimate :
1. Name a movie that you have seen more than 10 times:
The Secret of NIMH, the original Star Wars trilogy...I'm pretty sure by now The Last Unicorn and The Last Starfighter as well.
2. Name a movie that you've seen multiple times in a theatre:
The Little Mermaid, Beauty and The Beast...Hell, most of the "Disney Renaissance" films up to Lilo and Stitch, probably...Spider-Man, The Matrix, & The Avengers as well for certain.
3. Name an actor that would make you more inclined to see a movie:
Hmm...I'd be inclined to say Simon Pegg, but since I haven't seen the new Star Trek films or the last Mission: Impossible flick, I guess that's not the case, so...no one, really.
4. Name an actor that would make you less likely to see a movie:
I've gotten kinda iffy about Adam Sandler.
5. Name a movie that you can quote from:
Too many to count.
6. Name a movie musical that you know all the lyrics to all the songs:
Little Shop of Horrors, but that's kind of a cheat because I auditioned for Orin Scrivello, DDS, in college. The Muppet Movie for certain, though.
7. Name a movie musical that you have been known to sing along with:
Most of them, actually. I may apparently be unable to carry a tune in a bucket, but that doesn't stop me from trying.
8. Name a movie that you would recommend everyone see:
Aside from the obvious ones? ParaNorman definitely needs more love, and the original Inherit The Wind with Spencer Tracy and Gene Kelly (and the original Darrin from Bewitched, the old guy in that was in charge for the later seasons of M.A.S.H., and Mr. Roper from Three's Company) is my favorite film, so I can recommend that, too.
9. Name an unusual movie that you own:
I suppose, going off of what people normally know and assume about me, Inherit The Wind probably counts.
10. Name an actor that launched his/her entertainment career in another
Huh...I guess Kevin Smith counts because he was a writer/director before he became an actor.
11. Have you ever seen a movie in a drive-in?:
Yeah, Spider-Man.
12. Ever made out in a movie?:
Nope.
13. Name a movie that you keep meaning to see but just haven't gotten around to it:
Most of the "cinematic classics" like The Godfather or Apocalypse Now for example.
14. Ever walked out of a movie:
Not that I can remember.
15. Name a movie that made you cry:
Moulin Rouge, The Last Unicorn, Transformers: The Movie (I was 12, dammit! Optimus Prime meant more to me than blood relatives then!)
16. Popcorn?:
Nah, can't stand the stuff. Feels like I'm chewing styrofoam.
17. How often do you go to the movies?:
"GO to the movies?" Eh, a couple times a month if there's something interesting.
18. What's the last movie you saw in the theatre?:
Despicable Me 2
19. What is your favorite/preferred genre of movie?:
Not sure, really...probably animated.
20. What was the first movie you remember seeing in the theatre?:
One of the absolute earliest memories I have is being carried by my mom while our family waited in line for Star Wars, so I guess that counts.
