Yes I am still alive!
Both me and 2 are going to be moving to Colorado Springs in July. I cant wait!
Heres a random update since Ive been basically just working my tail off and collapsing at the end of the day. This is a list of every car Ive ever owned up to this point. Most of these met an untimely and cruel death when I was younger and crazier behind the wheel.
1987 Dodge Caravan - steering rack bolts rusted and broke off while I was slowing to stop facing a lake. Screw Dodge
1984 Ford ranger - Threw a valve
1984 Plymouth Turismo - Tossed a wheel on the freeway when the studs broke
1984 Ford F-150 - body fell apart due to Michigan street cancer
1978 Ford LTD - blew main bearings
1991 Dodge Spirit - transmission.. hey its a chrysler so its expected
1975 Honda Z coupe - dead... had absolutely no floor nothing to weld to either
1978 Mercury Marquis - sold. joyous times when my roommate ended up with one when I was in ohio
1977 Ford Country Squire - sold to move to California
2000 Chevy S10 - offroading at 40mph... never a good idea. this was my very first brand new vehicle off a dealer lot.
1984 Lincoln Town Car (base) - Bought, didnt like it so I sold it
1987 Lincoln Town Car (signature series) - longest ownership in my fleet. got it with 97k miles gave it away somewhere in the 570k range? 100 of which the diff was lacking all fluids
1987 Lincoln Town Car (base) NEVER buy this... the base is exceptionally boring
1990 Lincoln Town Car (executive) - returned to dealer after I was mugged at gun point and couldnt pay for it.. hard financial times
1991 Lincoln Town Car (executive) - Roomate owned this mostly. he T-Boned a galant at 40 MPH.. he drove it home with minor damage
1997 Lincoln Continental - ahhh.... such an amazing car. 4.6 32 valve FWD 290hp monster. blew the tranny
1999 Honda Civic DX - Traded for 1993 Mustang Convertible
1994 Ford F-150 - dads truck... a hand me down. meh
1985 Mercury Grand Marquis - My first car. donated it to a friend who his family lost their ownly car and they couldnt afford a new one.
1984 Mercury Cougar - Broham... black and tan. rebuilt it and traded it for the Buick Regal
1985 Buick Regal (might be 87) Blew a rod through the engine when I was taking it for its first voyage.
1984 Dodge Daytona - Total POS.
1984 plymouth Reliant (I think it was newer than that O_o) - lost a steering rack
1977 Renault Alpine A310 (didnt even make it to port to get to the states) - Bought from a man in germany. got money back
1984 Pontiac Fiero - caught fire... I walked home and left the title in the drivers seat. it didnt burn to the ground unfortunately
1985 Pontiac Firebird - Sold to friend at the time - engine blew out. car was a miserable POS
1984 Chevy Camaro - was a v-6 dropped a 350 from a suburban into it... broke the car.
1988 Chevy Vandura - turned into RV using junkyard parts... didnt turn out so well but oh the memories.. offroading..
1972 Buick Skylark (almost....I think simba still owes me money for that) rusty POS
1993 Ford Mustang Convertible. had to sell it after roommate destroyed engine and trans mounts and I was too poor to fix it.
1986 Audi Coupe GT - control arm bushing was gone... could never get it fixed. blew out CV shaft one day. miss this car
1986 Audi Coupe GT (commerative) - Jun kyard find... had been stripped of parts when Friend Kias Car so much fun but soo broken
1984 Caddy Eldorado (didnt even run) - yeah... screw this car
1978 Ford Econoline van - 3 on the tree... cant remember what happened to this one
1984 Ford Econoline - conversion van... also cant remember what happened to this
1989 Ford Probe - Sold to a friend... biggest mistake ever
1988 Chevy Cavalier - piston ring broke... destroyed cylander
1985 AMC Eagle Wagon - who the fuck thought plastic valve covers was a good idea?!
2005 Ford Ranger Edge - repo'd after i lost my job
1979 Mazda B-2000 Pickup - never ran... was a gift from a friend.
2000 Saturn SC2 - traded for New Mustang
2002 Ford Mustang Convertible Current driver

I almost bought another one here in SoCal that was red with a functional digi dash. wanted 700$ for it and it was a stick. had 207,000 miles on it though. walked away, look back regretting that because it wasnt in bad shape except for the complete lack of brakes. the brakes were completely siezed up but released at least.
