It was so much fun I don't even know how to explain. This con was just the best weekend ever in 16 years - really. Not too sure what happened because it was all a huge blur from the caffeine.
On Thursday after getting out of class
fissiledragon and I drove down to Seattle from Vancouver. My butt was flat and traffic sucked! After arriving things were a little slow, getting organized and everything like picking up my American phone, etc. Got to talk to 
reograyfox so he spoiled his dance comp song for me. xD After a bit 
thestripedone finally made contact as well. HE IS NICE. Met up with 
unootter and 
nitroshep doing con staff stuff. I remember 
drekian and 
aleria flipping out when we found each other in the lobby. The rest of the night 
photonthefur and I went around laughing at things that weren't funny at 3:00am. We finally went back to the room and woke up the derg and 
sonicpinhead because we couldn't figure out how to turn the tap on. :o That is a funny story.
On Friday I don't really remember what happened but it revolved around wandering around and trolling people saying it was a fun pony convention or something. ALSO VINES. ALL THE VINES. Got to go into
lace and 
cenny's room which was surprisingly clean, haha. Had dinner with 
xxarcticfoxxx and some other Canadian people because we stick together! We headed off to the dance after that and because 
carrotcake94 was awesome she bought like 200 glow sticks. We made a baseball cap out of glow sticks and it kept circulating around until at 3:00am when the dance ended someone walked out wearing it. :P
The next day was literally the most fun ever squeezed into a single day. There was the fursuit parade, then the variety show, then dance comp. LET'S TALK ABOUT THE DANCE COMP FOR A LITTLE. Someone thought it would be fun to max out the smoke on the smoke machine which set the fire alarm off. The whole convention center had to evacuate and there was a controversy with going or staying so eventually we just went back. :P The dance entries were really good. There were a lot of new dancers which made things interesting.
phorphaux was the MC and apparently dissing 
recca as the judge is like his thing. After the dance comp the best 2 hours of the con happened because FURSUITING. Fibre let me try his fursuit because he's only 2 inches taller, so it fit. The things people say about fursuiting are all true. You get hot and it's hard to see. Got offered wine three times which I had to turn down. We went to the Saturday night dance and after a bit your body doesn't register the heat in that thing. Going outside in 8C Seattle weather is like staying inside. It felt sooo good. Happily got to hug 
wolfpuptk in suit and talk to 
howee for the first time in ever. Just walked around taking selfies with 
tibolf and 
fuzzyzf after showering because you seriously can't walk around like that. I'd totally have those 2 hours back. It was the most fun thing you can ever do!!
On Sunday it was basically a packing-day and farewell day. Checked out and rode the train with Katdraken back to Canada. It was sad, but memorable as hell. Made sure I had all the stuff I bought and lugged it all the way home.
Thanks to everyone for coming and making Rainfurrst so amazing. It was the best time one could possibly have in a span of four days. Certainly coming the next year. :') For now... SLEEP. Con videos and photos should be up soon.
