i don't know, i might just be a little paranoid but i don't trust this at all. not that i am interested to buy any of "Toxicinks" art, but just the look and feel of an art thief or scam to it.
1st - of all an artist doesn't note people asking them to buy art.
2nd - the profile is pretty much blank and has no character to it.

4th - is to many errors. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11585930/ if that a raccoon!? ... then ive been lied to all my damn life! ( keywords don't match)

That message is REALLY suspicious, though. I mean, who does that? Might be just a spammer.
Line art: Very well done. Now, look at the coloring. Spots bleed over the lines, solid spots in the hair... The line art skill and the color skill don't even close to match. It is stolen line art, but he did the colors. :/
