Scary ideas wanted. Bring your sickest mind set.

So it is now one my aspirations in life to create a very very scary haunted house. Like one that could psychologically scar people. Of course they would sign a waiver, and they'd have to be 18+. Actors can touch them. I don't think there would a specific theme other than fear. I would want different rooms or obstacles forcing people to face their fears both physical and psychological.
This is where I need some ideas. I already have plenty really good ones, but I want to know from yall what your greatest fears are, or what you know people fear the most. And something that you know would actually scare you in a haunted house. (almost nothing can scare me, so I was coming up with situations I know I would be uncomfortable with).
Please leave a comment or note me. :) Thanks guys!

Or you can work up the body parts and save the head last. (Just make sure the person stays alive till the end)
Things like having to retrive a key that is suspended in a box, attached to the firing mechanism of a gun pointing at your head (except the gun fires blanks and only goes off a few seconds when they are away.) Only then would you be able to continue to the next room.
But what creates fear is not in the bang, but what leads up to it.
Now for a messed up part.
There is a nord torturing method called the blood eagle.
From the back the victim would be dissected and his ribs detached from his spine. then reaching in his lung organs would be pulled out until they look like wings spreading, causing the victim to suffocate.
Is that sick enough or should I incorporate parasites?
Something with giant bugs or the idea of being in close proximity to giant bugs. Intermittent scuttling sounds can make a dark room horrifying if they move around.
A light touch on someone's arm with no sound from the toucher or hot breath on your neck can be creepy as hell.
Finally, try having someone actively and noisily searching for whoever's inside. Never have him find them, but have the threat there. The sense of foreboding dread can be a much more powerful fear than the actual scare.
Out of everything in haunted houses I've been to, the worst has been the claustrophobia. I hate people screaming in my face because it just gives me a headache. I can usually see them before they even get close to us. Gore hardly grosses me out. If there was the actual smell of death, that would be a different matter entirely. And being as I, myself, can get into the mind set of it isn't real and they can't hurt me, I'd want to push those boundaries. (For example, how would you feel if someone attacked your group and bit into a person's (actor's) neck and you could actually see fibers ripping away from their flesh and blood going everywhere? If someone is chasing you through obstacles, and you have to run, because if you get caught, they'll take you away and put you in a dark room "alone".)
Having heard your claustrophobia, yeah I agree but, have a group of members go through whatever shit of a hallway you get them through, then when they pass on, have locked in a big dark dark room with no light whatsoever. For exactly 10 Minutes of pure silence but their distraut voices, out in the dark. Just as those ten minutes pass, have an actor inside, with a greeat zombie bloody outfit, turn on a saw, have him turn on his own little headlights so that the only thing the members see is the flashes of light and hear the sound of the chainsaw. you could toy with their minds in a mirror room. put up a well thought out mirror maze, somehow (with one person) have that person be spun around and then stopped. Maybe blindfolded and "kidnapped" by the chainman only to be released in the mirror maze. With a microphone, (hours into it) talk to them with a voice changer, a creepy dark deep sounding voice, and with words just mindfuck with them. Have them actually "beat up"? or is that too much?
Maybe, just maybe, have one of the actors play out as one of the members of the group wanting a scare, only to be the or a victim.
Have corpses.....you know its too damn obvious, just make it like a normal creepylooking house. THink of luigis Mansion. A regular old ordinary looking house, with a few certain rooms that have a twist...sigh, as I said I'm bad with these...
Have pleasure in their suffering...

hope that helps.
'Doll up" a couple of actors to look like their faces are falling off, are zombies of a walking dead variety, but still oozing blood and body fluids (a pretty standard hollywood effect btw) Throw in satanic chanting, pentacles (upside down stars surrounded by various runes) horrified screams, and the likes.
Dim the lighting to mere candle light (though electric if fire hazards would be to great) so that nothing is very clear, have the air be musty and cold. It should convey being in a sewer kind of environment except with dungeon parts. strew about a few sharp turns where actors can jump scare in their costumes and you have a great starting setting. Add in a tour guide who will build up the suspense with a narrative that deals in the darkest fears of people. Pit of snakes, Hall of spiders, an actor falls into a pit where it looks like they are impaled by spikes. The works!
Personally i like dragging a person towards an iron maiden and having the tour guide rip them free from the attacker just to add that extra element of false danger. Then do it again with a pit and the tour guide failing to save the person, but have the pit lead to a cushion where the person will be escorted to the end back stage to keep the illusion running. SO no real danger!
Pleased to be of Assistance (btw this will cost around 150 bucks for all the fake blood and makup. Props not sure on)
Taiku Altergrund!
Some Water Based Fog machines will help keep the humidity up. High humidity toughens breathing and heightens fight of flight reactions.
If you need any other help picking out props just let me know!
