okay, I've gotten notes from 5 people, so here we go-- I had a huge personal loss at the beginning of this week. I found out that my cat Lucy, who I had since I was 4 years old, grew up with, and loved with all my heart, disappeared. My mother thinks she was eaten by a coyote, or died in the woods, but they can't find her remains anywhere. Anyone that knew her knows that she wasn't the type of cat to disappear for long periods of time. She's gone. I didn't write anything here because I put a message on my livejournal, but it occurred to me that most of you probably don't check that, so I'm writing it here too.
Please don't hassle me about the $2 sketches. I haven't forgot about them, in fact I'll be uploading several tonight. I'm just not feeling very motivated right now, and I'm spending a lot of time with my baby cat, Ricochet, because I feel like there's a void in my heart that only the love of an animal can take care of right now. I'm realy, really irritable and I'm having a hard time controlling my reactions to things, so I know this is probably a huge overreaction to write all of this, but just bear with me right now.
and please, no sympathy or anything about Lucy. I don't want to have to read all the comments talking about her, it'll just make me miss her more. Thanks.

Bottom line. If you can't respect artists.. and you can't be patient and you cannot wait..
Don't commission them. Period. End of story.
