making a TOS?

Hello everyone!
Does anyone have any tips to making a simple Terms of Service? I don't want to make a huge one, but since I really want to crack down on taking art as a serious business I'd like to keep my clients informed the best way possible. I don't want to make it TL;DR material, though. Just a simple outline.
So, yeah! Any ideas on where to start? Thanks!

And since I use google forms for commissions, I require that users check a box that says they've read, understand and agree to my TOS before they send in their application. A sort of 'no excuses' safety net.
So maybe make up a quick list of things that are important to you, write up a brief summary of your rules regarding each topic, and maybe state that users are welcome to ask you to expand on certain things if they have further questions?
In the future I might transfer all my stuff to Google docs, too. I quickly opened a Trello because I wanted to keep track of the current commissions I have now, but to have everything all in one place would be nice.

If you're part of the artists_beware over on lj they have some great entries on TOS. I'd check those out and get an idea of what other people include. But I agree with Cubi, make sure you outline the most important things and expand on them if necessary.
